Ingredients:
4 tablespoon oil
50 gram large yellow onion, cut thin
250 gram pea (frozen), ready to use
500 ml vegetable stocks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 piece curly lettuce, cut 3 cm height
100 gram salmon fish
1 piece of leek, take the green part, cut like cigarette matches, fry and drain.
Complement:
2 tablespoon thick cream
Step1: Heat 2 tablespoon oil, stir fry large yellow onion until fragrant. Put the pea, vegetable stocks, salt & pepper, stir well. Boil, cook until all ingredient done, lift up.
Step 2: Put all that ingredient in blender, process until soft, lift up and put them into the side.
Step 3: Heat the left oil, stir fry the lettuce until weak, lift up and drain.
Step 4: Heat again the left oil, fry the fish until all part of fish changed color, lift up, drain. Cut cube with 2 cm height, then put them to the side.
Step 5: Put the soup to the bowl, add fried fish, lettuce and leek. Decorate with thick cream. Present warm.
