Meat Ball Soup

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon oil for stir fry
1 large yellow onion, cut thin
1250 ml beef stock
4 cm ginger, chopped
2 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon sweet sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
200 gram prawn size medium, peeled clean
25 gram dry hioko mushroom, soak in the hot water until soft, cut thin
100 gram mini cabbage (bok choy), clean
200 gram thin egg noodle

Meat Ball

250 gram steam roller meat without fat
1 eggs yolk, mix
1 teaspoon fried, pound soft
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
water for boiled

Add on
2 leek, take the white part, chopped
1 teaspoon chilly powder

Step 1: meat Ball: Mix the steam roller meat with eggs yolk, leek, pepper and salt. Stir well. Make it the shape like balls, helped with 2 teaspoon. Put them in the boiled water, cook until float, lift up and pu them to the side.

Step2: Heat oil in the wok, stir fry large yellow onion, lift up and put them to the side.

Step 3: Boil the beef stock, put large yellow onion, stir fry. Add the ginger, rice wine, sweet sauce, sesame oil, salt & pepper, mix well.

Step4: Put meat balls, prawn & mushroom, mix well. COok until done. Add bok choy and noodle, mix well, then lift up.

Step 5: Add on the leek & chilly powder. Present it warm.
